We are sorry you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

MÖN does not accept returns.

Exchanges must be delivered to our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date. 

Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange. No exceptions.

All exchanges will be subject to stock availability.

If you want to issue an exchange, please email monica@monactivewear.com with your request.

Please send the unused garments(s) in its original and unworn condition with tags. Garments with any tags removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. MÖN reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if the item(s) have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.

Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Please be sure that your package is insured, traceable, and prepaid. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.

We do not make cash returns, reimbursement to debit/credit card or PayPal.

The garment you choose to exchange must have the same or higher value than your original purchase. 

Your new purchase will be shipped to you with a tracking number and you will be notified via email.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. 

 

Modifications of garments:

We are not responsible for any adjustment and/or modification made to the garment subsequent to your purchase.
